Returns Summary

Return Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn where applicable, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For pet products and accessories, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, chewed, scratched, damaged, washed, or exposed to pet hair, odours, dirt, or stains.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will provide the correct return address once your return is approved.

Please do not send returns to the business address unless instructed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  1. Used pet beds, blankets, mats, or soft goods
  2. Items that have been chewed, scratched, stained, washed, or damaged after delivery
  3. Grooming products or hygiene-related items that have been opened or used
  4. Custom or personalised items, such as products made to order or engraved accessories
  5. Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
  6. Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn where applicable, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
