Carriers & Delivery Partners We work with a range of trusted carriers to deliver your order. For deliveries to the UK, the most common final-mile carriers include:

  • Evri — often handles standard and economy shipments
  • Royal Mail — common for lightweight or standard parcels
  • DHL, FedEx, or UPS — used primarily for premium or expedited delivery

For international orders, your package may be handled by carriers such as China Post, Yanwen, or ePacket during international transit before being handed over to a domestic carrier for final delivery.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Please allow several days for tracking information to update after shipment.
